Collectively, over the last 16 years, the Xander Funds have invested in, acquired, and developed over 108 million square feet in the 6 primary, and 24 secondary Indian geographical sub-markets, across all real estate asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, budget and luxury hotels, warehousing, condominiums, serviced residences, and large suburban master planned communities and townships.
